These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shaanxi Tinglai Wenti Information Technology Co., Ltd. governing your access to and use of our website and services.
Tinglai provides professional IT services including computer systems design, system integration, IT consulting, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital transformation services.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tinglai and protected by intellectual property laws. Upon full payment, clients own custom deliverables created specifically for them.
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. We may require deposits for large projects. Late payments may incur interest charges. All fees exclude applicable taxes.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during our engagement. These obligations survive termination for five years.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tinglai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, you remain liable for all outstanding fees. We will deliver completed work upon payment of all amounts due.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Xi'an, Shaanxi Province.
We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
